    In my practice, kicking sugar is more than eliminating certain foods (that’s diet mentality and it doesn’t work),. By focusing on small mindset shifts, habit design and celebration, we build a solid foundation to build your consistency and sustainable change. Once these building blocks are in place, we navigate the journey from sugar to shine – adding in healthy foods and phasing out others, resulting in a radiant, healthier, confident you.

    Having experienced my own struggles with sugar cravings and weight, I understand these challenges firsthand. Now, I’m passionate about helping women overcome similar struggles.
